Delivery Information
All deliveries to the UK mainland are free for standing desks, workstations, and office furniture. We aim to ship orders within 3 to 5 working days after receipt.
UK Mainland Delivery
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all standing desks, workstations, and office furniture orders to UK mainland addresses, including most remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland.
- Delivery Times: We deliver from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 working days after order receipt.
- Flexible Deliveries: Need your delivery on a specific date? Leave a note during checkout (after entering your address), and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred date. Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing.
Delivery Process
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this to track the delivery and confirm the estimated delivery date.
- Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- We deliver to ground floor locations such as reception or goods inwards. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order and check the contents for accuracy. Any damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery note and reported to us within 24 hours.
Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available to receive your delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply, which includes both the return of the items to our warehouse and a 25% restocking fee. Re-organizing delivery will incur additional costs. Disputed missed deliveries will require proof.
Self-Assembly
- All items arrive flat-packed for self-assembly. Assembly instructions will be included in the package. Should you encounter any issues during assembly, please contact us for assistance.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, please review the following policies:
General Return Guidelines
- Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from UPstandesk.co.uk.
- Goods must be in their original packaging, unused, unassembled, and in re-saleable condition.
- Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damages or discrepancies, report them as soon as possible.
- Returned items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for damaged goods unless they are faulty upon receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and the goods are considered the buyer’s responsibility until received by UPstandesk.co.uk. Ensure you retain proof of return delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process the refund, deducting any applicable fees.
- Handling Fee: A 25% handling fee will be applied for returns due to incorrect orders or items no longer wanted. If applicable, any damages will further reduce the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
- Please note that any made-to-order items cannot be returned for a refund. We advise double-checking all measurements and specifications before placing an order.
- If a custom-made item does not fit due to incorrect sizing or specifications, we can offer adjustments or replacements at an additional cost (unless the error is ours).

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Currently, we do not deliver on weekends. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Will my order require assembly?
